1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and mnn77 ("mnn77," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mnn77.club (the "Platform"). 3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one active account on the mnn77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether in the same name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances at mnn77's sole discretion, subject to investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. mnn77 will never request your password by email, phone call, or chat message. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have promptly notified mnn77 of a suspected unauthorised access in writing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mnn77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players 21 years old and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by mnn77's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Termination & Suspension

mnn77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion and with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for unlawful purposes;
• The account presents an unacceptable fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk; or
• The user has requested self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, mnn77 will return any undisputed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity) to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification requirements.

12. Amendments to Terms

mnn77 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mnn77 will provide notice through the Platform, by email to your registered address, or by such other means as mnn77 deems appropriate. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the dispute resolution processes of PAGCOR.
